O’Lentil Mediterranean Lasagne 

Amount Four Persons


  • 240 O’Lentil Mediterranean “Slice & Dice” diced 5 mm
  • 300g cooked home made pasta sheets or the dried ready to use sheet
  • From supermarkets
  • 100g chopped tomatoes
  • 50g chopped onions
  • Fresh basil chopped
  • 10g chopped garlic
  • 25g sunflower oil
  • 100g cheese sauce
  • Grated  vegan cheese
  • Seasoning


Pan fried onions and garlic in oil (see recipe), then toss with O’Lentil, add basil and tomatoes Simmer for 8 minutes Season with care,

In oven proof dish layer the pasta with the O’Lentil sauce and cheese sauce.  Cover, the last layer with cheese sauce.  Sprinkle with grated cheese

Bake it oven until golden brown 180c for 25 minutes until gold brown

To serve

Try a green leaf salad with created carrots in orange juice

Point to watch 

Keep moist, do not over cook

O’Lentil is pre cooked, prolonged cooking is not required
