O’Lentil Simple Spaghetti

Amount  2 persons


  • 160g of O’Lentil “Slice & Dice” 20mm chunks
  • 200g cooked spaghetti
  • 200g  vegan white sauce (see recipe)
  • 25g garlic oil (see recipe)
  • 25g chopped onion
  • 10g basil shredded
  • A pinch of paprika pepper
  • Seasoning


In a large flat pan fry the onion in garlic oil until soft, add the O’Lentil and spaghetti  toss well

Pour on the sauce, add basil, paprika pepper and season with care. Cook for 5 minutes

Ensure O’Lentil reaches a serving temperature of 75oc

To serve

Served with tomato salad

Point to watch 

If you like the dish a little more moist add some vegetable sauce

Again season with care
