O’Lentil Thai Green Curry

Two  persons


  • 160g O’lentil “Slice & Dice” cut into  pieces 20 mm
  • 50g chopped onion
  • Thai green curry paste  (the amount to suit your taste)
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 500g vegetable stock
  • Seasoning
  • 40g garlic oil
  • 20g fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 fresh lime juiced


Pan fry onion in garlic oil, add curry paste and fry well 2 minutes

Add stock and reduce for 10 minutes add coconut milk

Add O’Lentil, cook until it thickens about 10 minutes, season with care.

At the last minute add lime juice and chopped coriander, stir well and serve

To Serve 

Served curry hot with saffron Jasmine rice

Points to Watch

This curry is best served not too thick

Balance with coconut milk if needed

O’lentil “Slice & Dice” is already steam cooked, so prolonged cooking is not required
